Every athlete in Vision Academy starts in Foundations, regardless of experience. Our coaching system is designed to take complete beginners and develop them step by step. You won’t be expected to keep up with advanced athletes - you’ll be coached at the level you’re currently at.
Do I need to be fit before I start?
No.
Building your fitness is part of the process. You don’t need to “get fit first” before joining. Just bring a willingness to learn and work hard.
What happens during my 7 day trial?
You’ll attend classes, meet the coaching team, experience the culture of Vision Academy and receive access to our online athlete platform.
